I can honestly say I have never listened to their show. My wife occasionally tunes in on her way to work and tells me how bad it is. Murph and Andy for me is appointment radio. I think of their show kind of like "if Maxim magazine had a radio network, their show would be on it" All guy stuff. Sometimes will catch Miller and Brinson, but rarely.

Only on Iowa sports radio, are the hosts dumb enough to openly bash an important part of their viewing audience in an attempt to suck up to another portion of their audience. It simply exposes their lack of actual talent.

Listen to Sports Radio in KC... you don't hear the hosts bashing KU, MU, or K-state in an effort to suck up to other parts of their audience... even the hosts that attended one of the schools. Why? Because they actually know sports, have actual radio talent, and are able to line up good guests for their shows. Only bufoons like these two are forced to resort to childish antics that appeal to the lowest common denominator (i.e., your average hawk fan.).

Which one of these guys do you think made the statement:

"When you go to a garage sale and you see something you really want in a box . . but to get it . . . . you have to buy all the other junk . . . ISU is that junk."

Travis and Tim - Des Moines' Sports Station - 1460 KXNO

You can't make me listen so don't bother trying to make me. No way do i care about their opinion on anything. Even if they were Cyclone homers.

I liked Miller and Deace because they had some knowledge. I made the decision after show #2 that I wouldn't listen to these guys. Bob and Tom for me in the morning now.

You could get two tavern Hawks with marbles in their mouths and they would be easier to listen to.

I have to thank T&T, because I work from home and I used to get up at 6:30 to listen to Miller and Deace every morning. I can now sleep until 8.

He lives in Omaha and does the show from there. He's a hawk/husker fan. Do you really think he is "in the know" with Big 12 rumors or facts? Do you think he knows what T Boone said last night? Do you think he understands that the tide has completely turned on Texas and they need ISU, KU, KSU, BU, and MU? Probably not. He's too concerned about the nebraska/iowa national championship game.

This show is still on?

That's the amazing thing... or sad thing...

Also just to be clear:

Travis is the bald guy with the pathetic Goatee attempt.

Tim is the fat guy wearing what appears to be a backwards Beret and is REALLY trying hard to look like he is some sort of bad ***.

Without hearing the show I will guess Travis made the comment, because Tim was probably to busy inhaling Krispy Kreme's to talk.

T&T is beyond brutal to listen to...I gave it multiple chances but I'd rather stare blankly at a wall for 2 hours each day. I can't believe I'm saying this but Larry Cotlar's morning show was 10x better than the crap that T&T put out. And Travis knows so little about sports, its actually pathetic. His job is to take a controversial point of view and run with it even though he knows nothing about the subject 9 times out of 10.

Unlike most people here, I like Miller & Deace and Miller & Brinson. But T&T is unlistenable.

Aren't they both fat and bald?

Aren't they both fat and bald?

Travis wasn't wearing a "fat guy" hat so it was harder for me to make the call.

Tim looks like the kind of guy who could be sporting a Mohawk underneath that Beret.

But I am more than willing to call them both fat and bald. I would also add pathetic and lame.

This sucks, I woke up yesterday and jabbed a butterknife in my ear. It hurt really bad.

See a pattern here? You know what you are going to get when you turn that station on. You really can't complain about it if you keep turning it on. Stop listening to the show and you won't hear them.

Is it just me or do both of those guys look like they'd wet their pants in a street fight?

For their defense; you know they do have a legitimate excuse. They keep looking to the Mountain West Conference for news about ISU like everyone else at KXnO.
