I guess I was much more invested in Glen a couple seasons ago, but really, the only characters I care about are Carol, Darryl, Michone, Rick, and Judith. All else could be WD fodder as far as I'm concerned.

Does anyone know if Carol or Sasha is taking the "comics Andrea" role? If Carol, then she'll probably have the plot armor with those characters along with Carl.

IMO one of two things:

Glenn is alive under Nicholas, someone will arrive and distract the walkers. Enid?

Glenn will reappear as a walker, and Maggie will find him that way. And thats when we get our appearance from him on Talking Dead (as well as the in memoriam segment)

As said as it was for Glenn to go out that way, I hope he is actually dead. There is just no reasonable way for him to escape that one, and he has already had his share of amazing survivals (heck just last season in the finale). So it would be cheap to bring him back.

A couple things.

1) Glenn is shown on IMDB.com's list of each upcoming episode. That database (to my knowledge) only shows actual episodes where the person participates.

2) Early season previews of this season showed Glenn commenting that "Rick is dangerous", but that scene hasn't been shown yet this season.

I think we'll see him again soon, very much alive coming out from under the dumpster.

Someone said a while back that in the comics Rick has an artificial hand...which would explain the Luke Skywalker reference...

I've been chastised for not using a spoiler. I apologize - I thought that was open discussion already as it was talked about previously when comparing the comic to the show. However...old brain and all that, it may have been on another thread/forum/website.

My humble apologies for not using the spoiler tag!

The way I've always approached this show is there are only 3 unkillable characters: Rick (because he's who the show is centered around), Daryl (because he drives the ratings), and Judith (because there are certain lines that even a show like TWD shouldn't cross).

There is also another list of characters which if they need to go out, they need to go out like a boss: Carol, Michonne, Maggie, and Glenn. Glenn didn't go out like a boss, which is why I suspect he's hiding under the dumpster. That being said I don't think he makes it through this season.

I'll add Carl to your list of unkillables.

That being said, im not opposed to main characters going out in mundane ways too though. I mean, that would add some realism. Not everyone is going to go out guns blazing or in a major emotional way. Occasionally **** would happen to some of them the same way it happens to all the other redshirts.

IMDB is often not accurate before the show airs.

It's been pretty accurate from what I've been able to see. But it looks like we know when Enid will no longer be on the show. It'll be interesting to see how she goes out:

  1. Remember (1 March 2015)
  2. Try (22 March 2015)
  3. First Time Again (11 October 2015)
  4. JSS (18 October 2015)
  5. Thank You (25 October 2015)
  6. Here's Not Here (1 November 2015)
  7. Now (8 November 2015)
  8. Episode #6.6 (15 November 2015)
  9. Episode #6.7 (22 November 2015)
  10. Episode #6.8 (29 November 2015)

IMO I don't think Glen is dead, yet. He just kept saying No like he did to Nicholas on top of the dumpster, and I just can't believe someone would stay conscious that long while being completely gutted.

Although, I personally think it would be better for the show if he was. Rick really needs to pay personally by losing one of his own from his foolish lead the herd away idea, instead of a "keep them contained in here," idea. They built that walto maked them turn the corner, the could have just as easily built a couple to block the entrances to the pit, but alas, we've been down that road.

IMDB is notoriously unreliable. Lots of people can edit those.
