werent the rats being fed from the other side of the fence. Inside the fence. I thought I remember them placing one in the moutn through the fence.

IIRC yes, so yeah it seems like someone on the inside is the saboteur.

I thought the girl was feeding them rats. She seems to think they are kind of still people and naming them and stuff.

It's a possibility, but it seemed more sinister than that. Also the angle seemed wrong for her to be feeding an adult male walker directly through the fence. Didn't seem like the feeder was reaching up.

It was just thrown in there and hasn't been covered since. It's driving me nuts.

It was definitely from the inside. I originally thought it was someone who was planted by the Governor to sabotage the prisons defenses, but I don't think it was his doing now.

Maybe Martinez sent someone for the same purpose. Looking at you Bob! Martinez doesn't seem that crafty though.

I actually think it's a good possibility. It wouldn't be the first time we've been flim-flammed by the writer on this show.

I could see her confessing later and being all, "but they're hungry"...

I really liked the episode. Something different for sure and I think they aptly portrayed his decent into darkness. He was just going to walk until he died. Then seeing a little girl in a window woke him up.

It will be interesting to see how he handles meeting up with his former lackeys now that they are in charge. How does he cover his past with his new family.

Yeah it wasn't action packed but it doesn't have to be. You don't have to like the Gov to be interested in where he's going with this.

I have a feeling him lurking outside the prison was not vengeance related now.

Though that begs the question, "Who the hell is feeding rats to the walkers and why?"

I agree with this post .... lots going on with the G'vnr and an entire episode was needed to set the stage. The girl woke him up from his mindless walking and uncaring approach to his survival.

on feeding the walkers. My guess it is from inside... mainly due to the amount of walkers and how could feed them rats that are inside or that close to the fence while being outside the prison fence.

I like this recent plot twist.

-It's different from the comics I've read so it's like I get more net Walking Dead.
-Stupid TV version of Andrea is long gone.

Looks like a big one tonight. Program description on Directv guide says Something new unfolds, and there is a "surprise guest" on talking dead. Major character goes???
