NCAA making two minor tweaks to the tournament selection process.

(1) Prior to the entire bracket release on Selection Sunday, the top 16 seeds (first- and second-round hosts) will be announced on Saturday, in alphabetical order. Seeds and bracket positions will be part of the full release. This is similar to baseball, where they announce hosts the day before the bracket.

(2) Another metric (WAB) that already exists for MBB is being added to the WBB data.

Made me look! Texa Tech team was representing USA in this tournament in Germany. Got Silver. Ex-Cyclone Denae Fritz is also played. Going to have to look to see if they our EU 2026 player played in this.

Well, you were right in that they were representing the USA. So TT plus a couple of players to round out the roster but I didn't go through that to figure out who they added to make up for transfers out and graduations and all.
