Came to see if there is any intelligent conversation in here. I see MOST are
Seeing what rest of nation is seeing. Iowa has one of if not the best D in nation and a solid team. Only ones making excuses and saying Iowa is not that good are the normal trolls on here that won’t give Iowa credit even if they won a national title.

Yes, they did, but where has that discipline been this year? We return basically everyone, and continue to make mistakes and under perform to the level of talent we have on the field.

EIU had 60 more total yards of offense, and lead the game by 27 points. Turnovers 0 to 5, penalties 3/25 vs. 8/71. Doing the little things means a lot in sports and life.

CMC wants to win like Iowa does.... but unfortunately all of his teams are never good in the details, the margins, the intelligence, the fundamentals, etc that is required to win like that.

So if you can't play fundamental error free football... you can't play Iowa's style.

Iowas defense is incredible. Iowas offense is still very suspect, but with their schedule their defense could carry them to a 12-0 season pretty easily.

I wouldn’t call it “suspect”. They are doing exactly what they want to do. Just because it’s not going to generate a lot of yards doesn’t mean it’s suspect.

I wouldn’t call it “suspect”. They are doing exactly what they want to do. Just because it’s not going to generate a lot of yards doesn’t mean it’s suspect.

It's physically impossible to get a lot of yards when the opponents keep giving you the ball inside your own territory every series.

If he wanted to win like Iowa does then he wouldn’t play the offense that he plays. Our offense is much more aggressive and dangerous (as in easier to make mistakes).

They'll never shut them down. They probably should, but it will never happen.

It likely won't ever even go to court... Barta will pay out another huge settlement to get out of it.... just like he always has to. Good thing they get B1G money or they'd have gone under financially a LONG time ago with all the lawsuits. The place is just garbage. But they have a lot of money.... so all is good.
