Typical. I don't want to see a lot of praise for McKay from losers that bagged on him a couple of weeks ago. You can't have it both ways.

Wouldn't you rather people give credit when credit is due?

He played great tonight.

The previous month has been a cluster ****.

It is what it is.

first off. HEEEEE"S BAAAAACK. I really hope its for good. JM kind of ramped his way back to form as the game went on. I hope it was him slowly buying in for real because just thinking he's back all this 2nd half gave me chills. If JM is right and he has his head right. I really believe this team can still be a final 4 team.

crazy and many will say I'm the one side of a schitzo fanbase, but I haven't bagged on McKay at all. I agree he deserved the criticism, but that isn't something I'm interested it putting out there. but The guy saying that's not allowed though is just flat out stupid.

If Jameel can buy in like Rashon Clark did, he could be one of the most dominating/exciting players in the conference. (I'd say even the country, but now he's got some ground to make up)

I was really down on him and didn't expect to see this Jameel again at ISU. Have to give major props for how he played tonight. He definitely earned back some trust and respect and I hope he keeps it going. If McKay and Cooke play like they did tonight, we're a very dangerous team again.

When's the last time he's played like this?

His entire Junior season and the first part of his senior season. Saying you would rather have 20 mpg out of Jameel and 4 mpg out of Carter instead of 24 mpg out of Jameel was stupid, you can admit you were wrong.

I think the point was Jameel took so much crap on this board from certain posters when he was playing poorly and showing frustration, and some of the criticism got personal. Maybe there was frustration from his injury, the personal loss, a new coach and a young man having to learn how to deal with a lot of adversity and pressure. He's an emotional guy and he didn't handle it well, but his past effort and enthusiasm as a Cyclone certainly earned him more support when he was down than he got from some. Thankfully his teammates and many fans continued supporting him and believed he would get things figured out, and it looks like that is happening.

No doubt, great effort by Jameel. But I also give a lot of credit to CSP. Jameel was a different guy during and after the game and this didn't happen by accident.

Anymore 'too late' tweets from Fran F.?

That was the happiest I have been after an ISU basketball game all year. To see Jameel and Hallice playing so well made my day, maybe even my week. Now, if the referees would just perform decently, not great, just decently, I would be much happier. However that is another subject. You guys play like that and we should be a scary team to face.

I hope he has an amazing ******* tournament and gets good exposure for the Association (or elsewhere). Nice game, Jameel.
