It's OK to hate the gold uniforms, but don't blame it on the navy blue, which should never have been allowed on an Iowa State uniform.

And much like the Stinson-era golds, overall design trends (and additional color schemes) detract from it, and make me like it less than I did at the time ... but I think the gold basketball uni can look sharp with our colors. The cleaner or "classic" it is, the better.
