If these NFL teams are scouting based off interview and not performance then I understand how these front offices make such horrible picks. Why does a defensive lineman have to be good in an interview? When he goes first round you are going to look pretty silly.

And I hope I’m wrong, but I’d be real surprised if we hear his name tomorrow. (There’s a reason he’s dropping on everyone’s mock draft boards).
These NFL teams look at every little metric and try to find ways to cross a guy off their list. They were sold on Zach Wilson due to one throw he made at his pro day..with no defense on the field.
If a team comes away from an interview feeling like the guy is a POS and/or doesn’t fit their culture, they’ll pass on him, especially when the player isn’t a must have/can’t miss prospect like Will isn’t.

I don't know this Jeff poster, or where he gets his info, but I do know he's been very accurate with information in the past, and was pretty tied in during the basketball portal season.
You don't have to take everything he says as fact, but don't just dump on a guy because he brought you something that you don't like. I'm not a premium member, so I appreciate someone that has their own insider info on this board.
Doesn't seem like he has been dropping on everyone's mock draft boards. He has been pretty consistent as a late first round or early second round.
