Good for which state?

State of mind of Hawkeye fans.

It is baffling to me they were so rabid last year and now Fever are playing incredible and absolutely zero interest. I mean it’s not like their girl is never coming back and the interest just fell off a cliff as the team radically improved. They were awesome today, Kelsey Mitchell easily outplayed the mvp in a road game.

Because they're Clark fans, not Fever fans.

Des Moines newspaper has had a dedicated "How to watch Clark, Fever" page on its website all season -- even after the injury. Also a long series of daily Kate Martin updates. They're doing all they can for Hawk fans.

Meanwhile, you wouldn't know Bridget Carleton is even in the WNBA, let alone starting for the best team.

If WNBA MVP had the same tendency for "mvp fatigue" Collier definitely would have been MVP last year or this year. Not saying Wilson isn't good but as a newcomer to watching this I'm pretty sure Collier would be my #1 pick in a draft for last season or this season. She's definitely the best offensive player and she seems at least close to top 5 or top 10 on defense.

Look how few players have ever shot 50, 40, 90 from fg, 3pt and ft...at any level mens or womens.

Lynx led by 20 at one point in the 3rd quarter, before Phoenix rallied to tie the game with 3:32 left.

Now headed to OT at 79-79.

If I were full emotionally invested in Lynx that’s a gut wrenching one. You could see they exhausted themselves getting the huge lead, coach plays a short bench.

Uncontested missed layups continue to be a plague at all levels of women's basketball. Almost makes some of these games unwatchable.

Lynx coach WENT NUTS and got ejected when Collier was blatantly fouled late with no call. It was a pretty crazy no call against an MVP level player and she’s probably still torqued about getting screwed in Finals last year vs NY. Will be interesting to see if they can tie it up to bring back to Minnesota.

Don't follow the league closely. Who all does Phoenix have that can have Minnesota on the brink of elimination?

She didn’t hold back in the presser.

Mainly Alyssa Thomas, but Copper & Sabally have been playing "physically" tough as well.

No love lost between the 2 teams. Games have been quite physical & lots of trash-talking).It is surprising that there haven't been more injuries.

Pretty amazing (not really) the Fever coverage in Iowa has really dropped back. I thought Iowa was in love with the wnba, not just a homestate favorite.

Love to see BC fired up. Satou didn’t expect all that smoke :curse:

BC was originally called for a foul on this play. They reviewed it, the foul was taken away & a jump ball took place.

I will look for a link to show how blatantly BC was shoved into twice on the drive to the basket. She kept her arms straight up the whole time & then Sabally got in her face after BC was called for a foul. I don't think I ever saw BC retaliate, but she definitely had a reason to stick up for herself. There was never even a mention of a "technical"....

College football is hard to compete with but I agree in general that it's either her or nothing.
