Napheesa Collier is totally awesome. If even 5% of what she says here is accurate she's doing a lot by speaking up. (knowing her I'm sure 100% of it is true)

This is pretty wild Fever tied in final minutes of game for playoff birth with all three all stars hurt or fouled out. Super weird if anybody followed Clark the whole way and yet not into this.

Overtime...home team loaded with stars vs basically a road team where a third of the players weren't even in league to start the season.

What this Fever team has done is pretty amazing. White CoY,.

Never forget that Engelbert wore a dress featuring the New York City skyline to game 5 of last year's finals between Minnesota and New York with suspect officiating favoring NY the entire time.

I don't think she cares, and I'm guessing what she is saying about the commissioner is true. The WNBA is a mess, and needs to clean house in their leadership.

I think the WNBA's window may already be shutting. Having CC out all year, officiating disasters, star's calling out the commissioner, CBA looming, etc. I think they had an opportunity to carve out their place in the sports landscape and it's gone.

Damn, she laid this out. I'm guessing she gets a healthy fine out of this.

I'd contribute to a Go Fund Me to pay her fine.

Cathy Engelbert reminds me of MLB commissioners back in the old days. If Clark, Bueckers and Reece walked out next spring maybe they could get a shakeup in the league office. The rank and file players can't probably afford to do it but those top gals all makes millions off the field and could easily handle any sort of management "walkout". W could just reach down and sign more non-marquee players but who would watch?

Connecticut Sun being sold and moved to Houston for the 2027 season.

That will leave Connecticut with just one WNBA team.

Sold for 300,000,000 but the league loses millions every year ?? The Fertitta family is rich so I guess they just needed a good tax write off.

Will be interesting to see how the chemistry unfolds. She'll be the 4th option on offense at best, gotta wonder how that'll sit with her. But she has another massive C to clear things out for her to clean up the boards similar to what she had in Chicago.
