Heh, he was right to be pissed. They should have gone much faster tempo and they would have burned us while guys were running off the field.

BTW, here's to Connor Assalley for making those FG's. Soooooooo many games in previous years where a missed FG meant a loss in regulation or overtime.

Ya, there was a point late in the 3rd early in the 4th quarter where the defense really started hitting people and we were rushing almost every down. Then the offense comes out and just tells OU to take it like a man and stomps their life out. That was a real win ladies and gentlemen.
An interesting note about the last time ISU beat OU in Ames back in 1960... according to Wikipedia the average attendance that year was just over 15,900. So today’s crowd at the game was the smallest to witness a win over OU in Ames since 1928 (crowd size then was about 4,300).
