The BEST singer of Christmas music.
Bing, Dean, Frank, etc are all great but Nat is the Christmas champion
Christmas...Burl Ives and Gene Autry are my favorites...

Aretha and Janis had iconic voices. Throw in Etta James, too.Show some respect to Aretha people.
And a man I heard in person at some ISU commencements, Simon Estes.
And a woman there just for an amazing range, Christina Aguilera.
And a unique sound, Janis Joplin.
Some of my other faves already mentioned: James Taylor, Bing Crosby, Diana Ross, Stevie Nicks, and if I am trying to karaoke, Whitney Houston.
And gee, how could I forget the woman who can sing anything, Kelly Clarkson.
HauntingDeloris O’Riordan. She wails.
I haven’t read through the thread but my tops are:
Chris Cornell
Dave Grohl
Zac Brown
Amy Lee
One that most people don’t know:
Carey Ann Hurst
Seeing some Layne Staley shout outs.
Layne and Jerry could absolutely harmonize perfectly together. Their 2 voices at the same time were as good as it gets.
His entrance here and just getting to it is spooky but perfect.
Layne story is just so so so sad. Just so many demons and life problems.
Honestly Jessie from Breaking Bad reminded me of Layne.
Etta James
Sam Cooke
Elton John
Adele
Ann Wilson
Tom Waits and John Prine are up there for me.
Nobody sounds like Tom. Here's my personal favorite.
Ronnie James Dio!I've always found Ozzy to be so distinctive. The early Sabbath with him is just magic.
But I have to echo the females that have been mentioned:
Aimee Mann
Karen Carpenter
Chrissy Hynde
Love all those
Oh, and Glenn Danzig of course...
