Dakich is losing his mind. He can’t just let people disagreeing with him go. He’s challenging them? Cool. Let’s make this about you.

Dakich also has a tweet saying that Luck and Irsay mislead season ticket holders

He’s such a moron and all he is doing is having a “hot take” that’s completely idiotic to get clicks/follows/listens.

How many less season tickets would have been sold this season if Luck had announced this 6 months ago? I'd say quite a bit.

But I have no issue with him doing it when he did. I think he honestly thought he'd be playing this year up until probably a week ago or so.
Season ticket sales aren't Luck's responsibility at all. Now if you want to put some of that on the team being cagey with the seriousness of the injury, trying to sell tickets, that's another story, but season ticket sales isn't likely something that Luck considered or should consider in making this decision. That's a front office problem, not a player problem.

Colts fans keep calling into Mad Dog to say they understand why he retired. Then proceed to say he should have stuck it out one more year. They clearly don't understand what Luck is going through.

No way am I tuning in to hear that voice.
Agreed. He seems like a very cool person and all, but his voice is weird. I'd still rather listen to him than that d-bag Tony Romo. Or any former Cowboy for that matter.

Ya know, there are people who go to college to get jobs like that and we get stuck with ex-players that have no personality. Stop it already!

There's a general rule of thumb that if you're not in it 100% or can't go 100%, you maybe shouldn't be doing it any more.

In his presser he got emotional a couple of times but I got a sense of relief from him as well. It can be empowering to take control of your own life.

I get the upsetness behind the ticket sales thing, but if you think every other organization wouldn’t do that (assuming they haven’t been covering it up since spring) INCLUDING ISU, then you live in a very innocent world I’d like to visit.

I am hard pressed to think of a nationally-known sports "talking head" that is more consistently arrogant/unlikeable than Dakich.

Maybe Gregg Doyel back in the day, but that's it.

I would pay money to watch an athlete beat the sh!t out of Dakich.

He should retire whenever the **** he wants to. He owes the fans and the franchise absolutely nothing.

Considering how quickly franchises can drop or trade a player the moment they start to decline...I'm not sure how a player is expected to do anything different on their end.
