    His demeanor is very similar to Fred's. He doesn't jaw at the refs at all, there was one time where I saw it. He is definitely more vocal on calling out plays and getting guys into the right spot - which as others have said and I agree with, is due to the players warming up to the new system.

    11 turnovers. Almost all of those from the middle pass in the press - 3 from McKay, 3 from Niang, 2 from Nader..the press is tough when the big guy is the middle pass.     I might be captain obvious here but how/why are people thinking we will be better next year?! Will we finally have a quarterback? Will we have an All-American TE? Are the injuries really what held us back this year? Look at the schedule next year, and tell me what road games we will win...

    What concerns me a little is when he says some players wouldn't use the money they received and send it home to take care of their families. Is that legal for them to do that? I don't know the rules on what/where the money can be spent..so maybe its a non issue.
