They do have 16 in a row. I think the double ups stopped 20+ years ago.

The last year of scheduled H/H was 97-98. Since then, there been one-offs (National Duals) a handful of times that served as the second meeting of the season.

Headgear wasn't good.

As an explanation, he is from cuba and freestyle and greco you don't need to wear them. Coaches said he hadn't had that explained to him yet so they would be going over that with him.

Ha. I think you fell for a little tongue-in-cheek humor there.

Michigan stands a great chance of taking them out in a dual. They are good where Iowa is weak and stronger in a couple cases where Iowa is also strong.

Iowa and Michigan don’t wrestle in a dual this year. It would be a heck of a dual but Iowa is ranked higher than Michigan at most weights. Iowa doesn’t have any truly weak weights, IMHO.

Nor does Michigan. Hawks would only be clear fav's at 125 and 165. Lots of toss-up weights.
