I would guess it has something to do with being perma banned before, although BDK seems to still be around on the new name. And Tuco was kind of flaunting that he was back after being banned, if that makes any difference.

Cyber = Gone x500 reincarnations (we know about the most recent one, and Cyber gon' Cyber). Sections = Gone x20 reincarnations. Kinnick = there are many banned, depends on which one you mean. IA3000 = gone since March. LakesBison = temp wore off, currently in active status.

You know what? I was wrong - he's not yet banned. But we usually outright ban any duplicate accounts of permabanned members if they don't go through Chris/a mod first. So...

Correct me if I'm wrong but couldn't you ban the IP address at one point? Wouldn't that solve some of the rejoining under various names? I'm not very good with tech so bare with me.
