So do we need to change the lyrics? "Nobody likes it when your 33"

You're not old until you find a way to injure yourself daily without doing anything in particular. Oops, got out of the chair wrong, guess I'll have a limp for three days
Last month, I woke up and discovered I had pulled an ab muscle while sleeping.

I took the win because I reasoned that I still had an ab muscle to injure.

I'm still working on a hamstring and lower leg issues from last summer.

It was exercise but I wish it were something cool like Cross Training.

Instead it was running in a straight line, at a medium pace, on gravel, on a nice cool August night without a hint of wind.

My motivation for running....

I believe there is a division in the "millennial" generation. Probably around those born before or after 1990.

Those of us born before 1990 spent a good portion of our formidable years growing up without home computers, cell phones, and internet technologies at our fingertips. We just had the beginning of these luxuries as we were growing into adults.

Those born after 1990 grew up using the internet for their homework research. Had cell phones available to keep in touch with each other at an early age, and basically always had computers in house.

I think this vast difference in how we were able to communicate and explore the world has given the generation two different perspective to the world and what is acceptable or expected.

My beard is 50% gray I already felt old
Don't know your age but I'm 41 (just barely a millennial) and I've been completely bald for 15+ years and my beard has been pure white for almost as long. And I had dark brown hair. Consider yourself lucky :)
