Found a few morel mushrooms Wednesday and Friday along the Missouri River in Western Iowa...

Farm fresh egg and milk bath, then rolled in Saltine cracker crumbs and fried in butter is still my favorite...

Anyone else have any recipes they'd care to share? How about freezing for storage?

You can actually just freeze them after you cook them like you did.

Just throw the thawed mushrooms in a fry pan with some butter, heat up, and enjoy!

I'm not sure if you have tried kimchi before, but I first tasted it when I traveled to South Korea. My tour guide introduced me to kimchi as an appetizer, and I really liked how it paired with pork barbecue and lettuce. It definitely smells strong for some, but the taste is actually quite nice! Since coming back home, I decided to try making my own following this simple recipe: https://www.thekitchn.com/how-to-make-easy-kimchi-at-home-189390. My family was intrigued to taste my homemade kimchi, and they all enjoyed it. I have to thank my guide from https://gowithguide.com/korea for initially introducing me to this delicious Korean food during my trip. It inspired me to learn how to make it myself.
