I didn't take a picture, but I grilled burgers last weekend, and tried a new burger sauce recipe that was amazing.

it's the standard ketchup/mustard/mayo mix with sweet chili garlic sauce, jalapeno puree, minced garlic, minced onion, worcestershire, and pickle juice.

Sort of like thousand island with a big kick. It was fantastic on a burger.

Last one for this batch.

My homemade ramen. Tonkatsu Ramen with marinated eggs, homemade chashu, and all the fixings! This took me roughly 13 hours of work finishing up at 1am that morning. The majority of which was babysitting a 12 hour pork foot broth. I think I'd say it was worth every minute

Question for foodies. The store had bone-in rib roasts on sale, so I bought one to turn into boneless ribeye steaks. With that said, I now have the rib bones for these. What is the best way to cook these? I am thinking of putting them in to a pan, sear in the oven on high for a while, then putting liquid in the pan to braise in the oven on low for 2-3 hours. Good idea, or does someone have a recipe for these?

In the past, I haven't had much luck cooking these.

Based on those recipies, @ISUCyclones2015 obviously has no children! Homemade pasta, pierogis, those things take time, man!

Looks pretty good. Although my wife would probably slap you silly for the poutine desecration (even though I am sure it is delicious).
