I think Rhoads would have to be offered a lucrative "big time" job to leave here and I would think Pollard would make sure it wasn't just the money aspect if someone tries to pry him away. This afterall is a BCS conference school in his backyard where he grew up so it's not like its a terrible gig for him all things considered.
As for the cooridinators, I would guess at Burnham's age and that he probably likes working on the same staff with his son it would have to be a special job they both could go to for him to leave. Herman may be the most likely to go if a better job came along I think but I have faith that as long as this current staff keeps things rolling ISU is going to do what they have to try and keep them intact for as long as they can.
