A definite cost savingsRooting for another inmate to stab him in the neck with a rusty knife before the trial date.
The accused killer in CBA's murder will be tried in my hometown of Decorah, Iowa, according to the Ames Trib. One murderer assaulting another murderer, I like it.
This "legal team" can eat a bag of ****. **** them. For centuries, English common law assured trial by a jury of peers.....sometime in affluent America that turned into a jury by the dumbest, most imbecilic morons assembled by gladiatorial trial lawyers in a far away venue with guaranteed maximum travel expenses and potential for jury nullification, if applicable.
When we stop giving everyone, even the worst of us, their full due process is when all of us lose those protections, even if wrongly accused. Same for if we start letting inmates handle 'justice' for us as some have pulled for in this thread.
Let his legal team make sure that he was given everything afforded to him by the law. Will be that much less to try to appeal with down the road.
