Houston favored by 8.5. That seems like a lot for 2 versus 6 when we’ve already beat them but what do I know?
Nice didn't expect that big a jump but I'll take it.

I figured #8 at best, but we belong more at 6.
The analytics/Vegas don't really care about those things
4 big 12 in top 11 of ap poll wonder if that douche Vegas guy who came on kxno Morning Trash still wants his take that big 12 is fifth best conference.
Vegas bettors are probably looking at Houston winning every home game this year by at least 15 points
If I am not mistaken this ties our highest ever ranking, with 2 other seasons getting as high as 6. (2000 and 2001)

Edit 2: I am only going by AP poll for this. So may be why some numbers are different.
Edit 3: if you go by Coaches I believe 15-16, we got to #2, which I think is the highest ever for that poll for us.

Never take #HawkeyeMorningRush too serious. They had 5 mins on the ISU game, then an hour on CC and Williams comments.
