Not shocked at all, KU and UNC figured it out, disregard the NCAA, have nothing to do with their investigation, and lawyer up and take them to court. While schools like Oky State get screwed trying to be honest and truthful.

Just like the rest of America, the wealthy run the show and we pay the bills.

Pretty sure if Okie St tried to pull what UNC and KU did by refusing to cooperate the NCAA would have come down much harder on them. The NCAA has never cared about equal enforcement of the rules, which is why the “Cleveland St got hammered for Kentucky breaking the rules” joke exists. It’s ironic - the biggest “lack of institutional control” in college sports is by the NCAA itself, and it’s due to the fact they refuse to enforce its rules evenly.

It's pretty clear the NCAA is just a money laundering system for its staff. No backbone. Have lost control of enforcement going back years and the NIL pay to play crap sealed their coffin. Might as well just shut it down and move on with National Collegiate Money Organization. NCMO.
