It's pretty clear the NCAA is just a money laundering system for its staff. No backbone. Have lost control of enforcement going back years and the NIL pay to play crap sealed their coffin. Might as well just shut it down and move on with National Colligiate Money Organization. NCMO.
Mark Emmert completely hosed up NIL and IARP for the NCAA but their lack of enforcement is a function of their lack of subpoena power which is why they’re seeking Federal NIL regulation.

Well Kansas does lose the longest running NCAA tournament streak with this ruling. It’s essentially nothing but I find it kinda silly that it’s a side effect

KU getting off with a few vacated wins is plain stupid. Just fine them... hit their pocketbook. Hit them up for a couple million and divide the $ evenly with the conference teams that had to face the cheaters twice during the season. Self can present the checks at halftime in front of the fans with an apology.
