Pretty standard in my experience, nothing to worry about.

"site finished" usually means "site finished with about a week to make the last round of changes from the client".

Usually the client understands this and it's all cool. Sometimes a client has a dozen last minute changes and is blown away that it's going to delay the launch. I'm sure CW isn't that type ;-)
