Pretty fair, other than Moser. How is he not 9 or 10? Terry will drop over time as well. Boynton could be higher as well. What do you weigh more? past accomplishments or future payoff? I will admit I don't know much about some of the new faces, and there's a lot of gut feelings in the criteria. Moser can raise in the SEC, but he's a mid-low Big XII coach. Might be me drinking the Kool-Aid, but I really believe TJ is going to build something special at ISU. The next two years should tell us if I'm right.
