I don't see why De Boer would just leave 1st place Ajax in the middle of the season though.

Didn't say it was likely to happen, just that he would be my 2nd choice if Klopp turned down the position. Outside of those two, Ancelotti or Lucien Favre would be good gets as well.

Really hoping Klopp gets hired, and its sounding like it may happen. I've been disappointed with the Liverpool season so far, but watching Chelsea struggle has been fantastic.

From what I've read about Klopp's style, I think it fits the best (of the mentioned candidates) with what is already in place at Liverpool. I, for one, embrace our new German overlord.

Appearantly, MLS' Sporting Kansas City's Owners are interested in buying Everton.

That would be a great group to take over the club given SKC's success recently

figures we'd beat the best team in the world 2-0 but lose to scrubs before that. Have a chance to get out of the group now.

I couldn't get my connection to work for the first half, but WTF happened to Arsenal?

Lewandowski headed in a goal behind a really poor defensive decision to try to draw him offsides on the first goal. Then Ozil puts a ball in the back of the net that is rightly disallowed for "handball", but is sent off also. Didn't agree with the sending off. After that I turned off the stream at work.
