School Record for Threes

ISU hit 18 threes, the most in school history in one game. Not one from Matt Thomas. I never would have imagined ISU doing that this season without Thomas hitting a high number of them.

In the post game Prohm said he could have put Thomas back in but liked the lineup he had in. I'm sure the foot had a little to do with that

ISU has sent far better teams into Lawrence recently that lost. Coming into this year despite the deficiencies, I figured there would be a few games where they just couldn't miss from deep with the back court players they have. Great timing for this outburst.

I remember talking with Jawhawk fans as we left the Phog that day. They all said "Do you guys always shoot like that?"

I told them that's our thing. Minds were blown, but not like they were today.
