Other teams are going to hate him and think he's played for 7 years when he leaves.
If he keeps playing like this, he'll only be here a year or two

We gave Nate Stanley the nickname “Fat Stanley” and that seems to be working out just fine.CF is notoriously bad at giving players nicknames. Is this actually his nickname?
Mix in a little Lonzo Ball with that and you have Tyrese.I watch him play and think of Reggie Miller. He’s got the quick release.
He's got to change his shot mechanics and get a higher release, but I agree. Reminds me a lot of Reggie.I watch him play and think of Reggie Miller. He’s got the quick release.
Why change it? It goes in and does not get blocked. Just because it looks a little funny does not mean he does not have a great stroke. He's got to change his shot mechanics and get a higher release, but I agree. Reminds me a lot of Reggie.

Tyrese is our best over all player IMO. IDK how you put him on the bench?
Change thread title to obligatory ' Wont have Haliburton for 4 years'
Me, too! Although it was through an acquisition of Brown & Root. Every soccer team I've been on in my entire life was in last place when I joined and first place when I left (Iowa State included). Not being the most physically gifted player, what I'd like to think I brought to the table was smarts and chemistry. So, I know Halliburton's value.I used to work for Halliburton... So I'm having a lot of fun calling Haliburton "Big Red!"

"Low release" is not a factor because he's probably the least "hunting shots" guy playing major college basketball.
4?So...elephant in the room...is there a possibility we lose 4 guys to the NBA draft after this year?
Good point - the floater became a big part of Monte's repertoire by the end of his time at ISU.If he can develop a consistent pull up jumper or floater he will be on another level.
