The age of the Carper in the police blotter is 24. Josh Carper got his bachelor's from ISU in 2007, so the age is about right.
Dont you know people that wouldnt surprise you if they show up on the blotter for this? I have a hand full of friends that I am always surprised to see Monday's at work.

Geez mom, thanks. How's the view up there?
Do you really want to hang out with a bunch of people like that? Knowing someone like that is one thing but to have friends like that, something tells me we are going to see your name in the blotter sometime.
I also love how whenever someone questions, questionable behavior, they are on a high horse or they are poking their noses into someone else's business. Don't you just hate being told the truth?
And mocking someone for an injury that caused paralysis and ultimately death was just icing on the cake.
Apparently Carper and his buddy bolted from a cab without paying the fare during a ride home from the bars; one of them had thrown up in the car and the pair was told by the driver that there would be a $50 clean-up fee.
