What if a premier program came callling? Would you hold it against him for going?

No. He's given his heart and soul to this job and if he can get into a better financial situation for him and his family, more power to him. I'll always root for him.

It's not like he can't take great care of his family in Ames making $1M++.

I don't buy financial reasons to leave. If the program is stuck in the mudd and he doesn't think he can right the ship then I have no problem with it.

I don't think we'll have to worry about it anytime soon though.

I would be mad as hell, but not at him, just that we needed to find the 3rd coach in 4 years. But, he is making pretty good money here, no need for the money, maybe the opportunity, but not the money.

Right now yes, very much so. He has talked so much about what it means for him to be here. However, in 10 years if he is constantly winning 9-11 games and assistants are flying out of here and it is obvious he just can't get the talent to get over that edge then I would not hold it against him. In my opinion he has started something very very special here and I not only want him to but I think he can finish it.
