Re: Zygi Wilf Considered firing Childress over Randy Moss move

So, does this mean the Vikings aren't going to the Super Bowl this year?

If they find a way to lose this weekend, he's gone Monday.

IF? I'm a big Vikings fan. This season is killing me and reminding me of the 2003 Cyclone season.

I will be surprised if they win this weekend. The wheels just seem to have fallen off up in Minny.

Even though I'm a Packer fan, I would like to see the Vikings get through this, because if they wallow in misery too long, for let's say the next three years until their lease runs out, I can definitely see them moving to L.A.. And although I dislike the Vikings, I would much rather have this rivalry than moving the Rams to the NFC north, which is what would probably happen if the Vikes moved west.

Re: Next Vikings Coach

I may be nuts, but I would like to see Frazier, and then also hire Tony Dungy in a Bill Parcells Miami type position for a couple of years to help with personnel and team development. Probably would never happen though.

Re: Next Vikings Coach

Count me in the Frazier crowd.

Kind of wish they had just promoted Tomlin to the head position when he was here.

Re: Goodbye Brad Childress

It was nice knowing you(not). Dont let the door hit you on the way out.:realmad:

Terrible, terrible coach that has had some real talent and has done almost nothing with it over the years. Thank god, he will be gone soon.

He did dress up like a woman on the team plane to loosen up the team one time. That's the sign of a good coach, right?

Am I missing something? How many NFL titles or conference championships did the Vikings win before Childress got there?

Put Leslie in charge. Could he possibly be a worse head coach than Chilly?
