Just an update, got my e-mail reply today;
"I would like to apologize about your recent visit to Twin Peaks Des Moines location. I would like for you to know that your experience was not what we deem as acceptable PEAKS service. I appreciate your feedback and will use it as a training and coaching opportunity with my management team. It is feedback like yours that continues to help us develop our staff and continually strive for the ultimate PEAKS experience.
As far as the college football situation, we were testing out the waters to see what fits in this market, and by no means are we trying to alienate anyone, as we would like to have everyone come in and enjoy a memorable experience. Because of this feedback, I have reworked our college football Saturdays to prevent any future problems similar to this.
I would like the opportunity to make it right with you on your next visit and offer to send you gift card for you to use at your discretion. If you woul send me your address, I will make sure that it gets sent out to you immediately.

So for those of you who said it was "stupid" or "embarrassing" for me to complain, not only do I get a free meal out of it, I have possibly made it so that a Cyclone fan can go watch a game there without being surrounded by a bunch of Hawk crap. You're welcome.
