People, I'm not saying Woody or any of the other guys doesn't deserve it. It's something they've obviously earned and I congratulate them. I'm coming from an on the field perspective not locker room or popularity contest. At the end of the day, that's what really matters. We want to be a Big 12 contender, correct? We are not going to get there until the guys that are in the trenches every game day, play after play, become our true leaders on and off the field. I'm just saying, check the national polls and conference. You can count on both hands the teams that have a punter and 3rd or 4th RB as captains.

Nope, I'll just let it be. Obviously, a man can't have an opinion on this board.
You should see him in games. 26 consecutive starts. Longest on the team tied with Jacques. The next man has 15. Oh, but that doesn't matter right.
That's a flat out lie. I think he's a great kid! He just gets the homer vote.

I am going to tell my boss that he will be answering to me now because I haven't taken a day off in months and he stayed home Thursday because his kid was sick.
Or he's a great leader and teammate hence the team voted for him. Last time I checked CycloneFanatic members didn't vote for captains.
Guys, I'm good with the captains. I just would have liked to seen a guy with longevity and the crazy amount of responsibility he has on every single play be recognized. What's wrong with that?
