Is there any chance Baylor doesn't get cut? I can't see why he would keep them around.

I hope Baylor stays on the list. They aren't as big of a player as the other options IMO
I think that the lock are Iowa State because he seems to absolutely love us, UNC because he has an official visit set up there, and Kentucky, because it would have been pointless to add them just to cut them again a week later. I think KU stays along with UNLV. Getting cut would be Minnesota, Arizona, and Baylor.
This is my guess too.I'm guessing the Goofers will be the +1 on his 5+1 list.
I believe I forgot this in the above post.
Sorry, couldn't resist.

That is what always struck me as odd. To me, the only reason to hold out as long as he is holding out would be the following 3 reasons. 1. He doesn't want to upset local schools if he is planning on leaving (Minnesota/UNLV), 2. He is waiting to see who declares for the draft at blue blood places like UK, UNC, KU, etc or 3. He wants to see what players he will essentially be playing with when he arrives. Take ISU for example, a lot of new faces and not sure who would step up (Thomas/Naz) and possible take minutes away next year (Unlikely). To me, it seems like he is enjoying the courting more than other players and also wants to see what happens with players at UNC and UK. Hope Im wrong.I understand he just a 18 year old kid, but he has been getting recruited since 8th grade yet has no idea where he wants to go to college. Majority of these schools he has been talking to for years. What else could you possibly wait on? You've been to Iowa State like 4 times now, have known Hoiberg for 3-4 years, have seen the facilities, you know who is on the roster, who is signed to play here next year etc.
I understand keeping UNC/UK around because you want to see what they lose roster wise. Otherwise, after these schools have spent years building relationships with you, making sale pitch after sale pitch, seeing the school in person, etc. why play it out till the last minute? Honestly confuses me. He probably knows where he wants to go, yet says he doesn't. Obviously enjoy the free trips and such, but I wish he would just commit. Playing 5 schools till the last possible day seems high maintenance to me. Matt Thomas and Monte both committed early because they had been here, knew Hoiberg, saw the facilities, built a relationship, etc.
Vaughn has every high major offer possible, what else is he waiting for? I imagine he is going to be dragging this recruitment out to the last minute and it'll be a random school that no one was expecting.
Did he say he was going to have a "+1" school?
I just assumed he was going to cut down to 5 schools so it would end speculation where he is taking his officials.
It's all but guaranteed UNC, ISU, UNLV, and UK are in his final 5. It just remains to be seen who the last school will be, though it will likely be Kansas.
