You know, Morris - Long - Hogue - Kane - Ejim with Thomas, Edozie, and maybe even Gibson mixed in is still a pretty good lineup. If Long and Thomas can step up as shooters and Edozie and Gibson can score a few points and pull down some rebounds, there's ways to replace Niang statistically.
The problem is that strategically you don't have another guy that does what Niang does. I don't think you can pull off the inverted sets and plays without Niang pulling out the center. The NCAA Tournament isn't exactly the time you want to rework your offense, but there's really not any other option.
