Watching a part of his Senior Highlights video, seems the majority of his long runs came after following the lead block of his fullback (who looked like a pretty big boy, BTW). Makes me wonder how he'll do in our single back alignment.
Was he on campus today? I saw what looked like some recruits come in and sit in the section behind the band.
What happened to Nealy? Nothing on Twitter about it
a RB picking us over Wisconsin is big and he just visited them so even bigger. They have a great RB history. Ayeni may end up being Rhoads best hire (though Mangino is a pretty darn good one)That's a pretty solid offer list.
Yeah it hasn't really been released yet. I just don't expect him back next year unless something changes. Tad Ecby either.
Wait... what? Why are Nealy and Ecby gone?
Say what you want about the troubles we've had lately, but the coaches are obviously working their ***** off on the recruiting trail lately.
Two years in a row we have accidentally upgraded RBs. I don't know how this works and I don't care. Pair that with Philbert and all things considered, hell of a job by the staff under some pretty rough circumstances.
Thomas is better than Ozigbo?
A couple of guys won't shut up about the fact that they heard Nealy and Ecby quit the team. Im sure you are probably right but don't have to plug it into every football related thread just to validate yourself.
Thomas is better than Ozigbo?
Looks like it if you peruse the offers each had. No way to be sure until both hit the field in a couple of years.
This "news" about Nealy and Ecby is unsettling, if this is more the internet mongering I'd like to hear more about the situation. Perhaps CW can look into this, because we get disturbingly thin at RB without Nealy in the mix...Warren will be a good one but I don't think he's quite ready for full time action (needs to add streng.th). Wouldn't seem to make much sense for a guy like Nealy to transfer at this point in his career, but stranger things have happened. I'm going to hope this is typical off season blather until we know more...or hear from credible sources.
