ISU is still only one game back. Yes we ****ed up. But they can still accomplish what they want to accomplish. Zero room for error now. Kansas has to lose to Oklahoma and we have to win out.
But man I'm ****** right now. Might as well go shovel snow.

Nothing really surprising here. Last home game against WVU, ISU left Conner and others open for a bunch of 3pt shots in the last few minutes, but they just missed most of them. BU didn't miss them.

This team just won't play consistent perimeter defense, and they paid for it again tonight. Fortunately it hasn't resulted in a couple of more losses.

When we were up 5 and Baylor started their run, I remember thinking that we had a really odd combination on the floor. I'm not sure, but I think it might have been Nader, Hogue, Niang, Long, and Thomas.

The conference title dying tonight is the most disappointing part of this loss. TT loss was embarrassing, tonight's loss is just deflating. Worked hard for the opportunity, and let it get away the first chance we got. Can the NCAA tournament start now...I'm over the conference at this point.

We can still win. OU gonna beat ku. We gonna beat ou, KU gonna beat wvu. that happens and we take care of the bottom dwellers we are #1 seed. Or a million other possibilities could happen too. 5 teams playing really good bball right now. gonna be fun.

This one stings but at least we've got the big 12 tourney and the madness to look forward to. My hats off to the Baylor Bears for shooting lights out to take the victory. It was a really impressive performance.

Hang in there Cyclone fans, there's a lot to play for yet.

Gotta regroup quick. KSU looming. Can't worry about titles anymore, whatever happens will happen. Iowa State, if they put in work, still will have good things happen.

What's unnerving is that in the NCAA tourney, mid major teams are very 3 point dependent. If we can't guard the 3, we could easily crash right out of the tournament in the first round.

still have a shot at the tie for 1st, but man that was disappointing.

I have a better chance at Kate Upton than winning the league.

We still have to beat TCU and KSU on the road. Then OU at home. Hell...we could lose all those games.

meanwhile....UNI played Creston tonight and won and is the next best thing ever.

We can share but KU is almost guaranteed a share of the title now.

You are guaranteeing a win against a team we had a 15 point lead on and came back to beat us? Wish I had your optimism.

You are correct. I think we went without Morris and McKay for too long. Baylor sat Gathers down and we tried to counter their strategy. It ended up hurting us, as we were 1 and done in all our missed shots after their made threes. Plus no Morris meant we took hurried shots as well.
