I am relieved to have this one over with, can't imagine how good the players and coaches feel right now.

I think Georges makes Purdue's 7 footers look silly on Saturday and we run circles around them en route to the United Center.

As Georges said this is as much of a relief as anything. The first round monkey is off their back and now they can just play ball. Nice win and now I can focus on my St. Paddy's day celebrating. Cheers.

Hopefully Nader can continue to shoot lights out, a bit worried he will be sore after that fall on the dunk attempt foul. He has been so good from three this season.

My Cyclone senses tingled right up to that T. I was feeling the classic collapse. Glad they gathered up and took care of business. Onto Purdue or ARLR. Go Cyclones!

Iona fought pretty dang hard but man did they fall apart in the end. Technical on English, foul on Washington hugging McKay, flagrant after the turn over. Could have been a much different outcome. Glad the good guys one. Got to play much better defense in the round of 32.

ISU can play with anybody, as evidenced by wins over KU and Oklahoma, but they'll need to play better than that in the next round. The first one is in the books and we'll be better on Saturday...

Really don't understand the hype this Iona team - thought they really embarrassed themselves with their behavior - they were outmatched from the get go - shows what these pundits know. Overall, kind of a strange game.
