He needs to plug the holes better. Every replay after a good Iowa run, I'm seeing #7 running behind the lead blocker and missing the play. He needs to take on the blocker, push him back into the RB, and let someone else cleanup the play. When he ducks behind the blocker, that's giving the RB the hole, and letting the blocker continue downfield to hit someone else too.
