I'm not. A RB and LB matchup is rarely good for the LB. Especially a very good RB.

He's inside a bit much at times but he's still around the ball plenty.

He needs to plug the holes better. Every replay after a good Iowa run, I'm seeing #7 running behind the lead blocker and missing the play. He needs to take on the blocker, push him back into the RB, and let someone else cleanup the play. When he ducks behind the blocker, that's giving the RB the hole, and letting the blocker continue downfield to hit someone else too.

Yep, they've likely seen it and went after it.

He'll get better. LB was going to be a weak position this year no matter what so 2 games gives lots of room for improvement.

If we lose this game it's on the coaching staff for leaving it up to the defense!
We were on a roll and then poor play calling with just over 3 minutes to play went conservative, poor decision!

I just don't know what to think after that last awful defensive stand. I mean.. we shouldn't even be here. Ugh.
