Yeah, well, then Desmond Howard just picked ISU to win the Big 12 Conference. He's all over the place this morning.
Not breaking news, but this is a fact. The Gazette's sports department is run by 3 of the dorkiest Hawkeye fans in eastern Iowa. They're a different breed over there. True Hayden followers. And they HATE Iowa State with everything they have.

We get it, you have a source that says they are coming to Ames if both Iowa and ISU win their games. Calm down. Thats not exactly top secret.
And from the sound of it, Cuse and Clemson are the front runner that weekend, regardless of what ISU and Iowa do.
After week 1 the clones made it tougher for ESPN to pick this game for game day. We might drop out of the top 25 which means no 2 ranked teams battling. The saving grace is Syracuse is going to lose to Maryland this week.
Yeah, I think we lost the chance at having GameDay come. Oh well, there's more important things in life.

Does it help our case to have Game Day in Ames with Iowa since Texas will be featured next weekend (vs waiting until Texas comes to Ames later)?
