Prohm would get more benefit of the doubt if this weren’t his 3rd ****** year in the past 4.
I think if Prohm were having a year like he did in year 3 and possibly even last year, things would be a little bit different. Not for me, but for JP and maybe other boosters.

This year is very different than those years. Those years we were bad. We flat out suck right now. We haven't won a game in almost two months and we're the only P5 team that hasn't won a conference game.

So you think TJ's struggling in year 2 of a total rebuild that he had nothing to do with is comparable to Steve struggling in year 6 at a program that he drove to the cellar?
There are a lot of people that struggle with context on here. You can spend your time tying to explain the difference of someone coming in to a total rebuild and in year 2 vs a guy who took over a stable program who inherited a top 10 team and is now at the bottom in year 6, but it’s like trying to talk to a wall. Some just completely don’t understand the difference for some reason.

Well yes, but “P5” or major conference teams never finish at the very bottom.
We're not even close to the worst P5 program right now. We're a coaching change away from having sell out crowds again.

It’s been 355 days since ISU has beaten a high major program. Also last conference win

729 days since a conference road win

Program? No, team? Easily we are currently.
Yeah I think we're on the same page. We're the only P5 team this year that doesn't have a conference win. I believe we also have the worst record out of any P5 team.

Not even close? You know we are the only Power 6 team that hasn't won a conference game right?
I'm talking overall program, not team. Like comparing Iowa and UNC. UNC is obviously a better program even though Iowa has been better the past two seasons.

We are not even on the same level as teams like Washington State, Oregon State, Vanderbilt, etc.

I think Prohm's job rests upon the fact that no part of the program has shown improvement. Obviously not the record, but how about basic fundamentals? Every coach has had set backs. Think of poor Boyton at OK State, he has had nothing BUT setbacks, and his program has steadily shown improvements. Huggie's had a couple tough rebuild years, but there they are winning games, even without his beloved press. Shaka faced injuries, illness, one and dones, but Texas has stuck with him because he put his stamp on the program, his players adore him.
I think Prohms a nice guy, but I am struggling to come up with one positive that will save his job.

Ok, I agree we aren't the worst program.
