For someone that is pretty quick to tell anyone that didn’t like the way the TJ hiring went done to shove it, you are quick to say one of TJs hired is racist.
Good luck with that. He just got a significant one about a year ago and with COVID, UNI doesn't have the money.
I didn't say it. Justin Hamilton did. My problem with Robinson is he recruits guys from Chicago like THT that don't give a crap about ISU or playing team basketball. That's not going to work here.
Even beyond them. The Jones brothers, Chet Holmgren, Oturu, Matthew Hurt, Zeke Nnaji, Dawson Garcia. Those are obviously some top-end talents, but even going down further there are some really good players.
Green fits the profile of what TJ says he is looking for at ISU.
And a plus is that he’s developed some very good big men there. Can’t wait to see what he can do here.
I'm sorry but that's not a Robinson problem. That's a player problem. If the individual doesn't realize that giving their best for ISU is in their best interest, then that tells me they lack the intelligence to connect the dots. THT could have been a much higher pick if he put more into his effort while at ISU. Dude is talented. I think being on the same team as LeBron and Davis was the best thing to happen to him.

I imagine the salary gap for an assistant coach at Iowa State compared to UNI is fairly significant. Plus with the news that Jacobson interviewed for the Minny job, leaving now for Iowa State seems to make a lot of sense.
Kind of makes sense...but wouldn't Green be a candidate to replace Jacobson?
