Obviously most of us don’t even want to think about this right now, but at the end of the day I always thought one more loss at some point was inevitable. I think we assumed OU would be that game though is the problem.

But hey. Let’s take care of business at home vs. Texas next week. Take care of business vs.Tech and TCU at home, that just leaves the OU game. It’s a stretch, but I genuinely think the team is good enough to have a chance at it.

IF we somehow find a way to win that and pulled this off, how are tiebreakers looking? Baylor definitely has to lose one more, but what happens if we, Baylor, and Okie state are all at two losses? (This scenario would happen if both of those teams lose to Oklahoma)

At this point it’s an uphill climb to get into the Big 12 title game again, but definitely still not impossible. Just take it a game at time and see where we end up.

I still think if this team can regroup...with Mike Rose...and beat TX that we will win out...

Lose to Tx and...well...let's not go there.

They'll drop one more at least. Sadly, likely 2.

Obviously have to play better than today, but OU game is extremely winnable.
This season is now a complete letdown. It would take a miracle to make it back to Dallas and I just see no way that happens. 2019 all over again.

It would literally take just beating 3 mediocre teams (two at home) and beating an extremely overrated OU squad. OU game setting up to be like @texas game last year.

Today’s game did very little to affect the big 12 race.

I won’t go that far because the OU game will be very tough. Winning today would’ve made that game way less crucial.

Use mred’s page, put in today’s results, and change the ISU-Oklahoma result to a Cyclone win. The standings generator says ISU would make the Big 12 title game against Oklahoma.

Change the Bedlam result to a Cowboy win also, and ISU also makes the title game but against OSU.

Change Baylor-Oklahoma to a Baylor win and ISU goes to the title game against Baylor if Oklahoma wins Bedlam.

The biggest thing is winning out and the rest will probably work itself out. We just want to avoid a two-way tie with Baylor for second.

Eh I wouldn't call WVU a good team. Tough in Morgantown yes, but we absolutely should have won that game today.
They aren’t great, but they’re two late field goals away from being 4-1 and tied for 1st place.
