So what kind of prospect is Ty Langenberg?
Local boy. I know he was a HOK.

I'm no baseball guy but I have known Ty since he was born. His dad was an usher in my wedding 24 years ago.

Ty is a great young man and has a great work ethic. He's tall and getting stronger. Already promoted from Ft Meyers to CR. I went and watched him on the 3rd. His defensive fielders are trash. He's got around a 96 mph high end and 3 or 4 other good pitches. He gets quite a few Ks. Looks like his whip is around 1.3.

I'm not much of a baseball guy so that's all I got. I hope he makes it obviously.

On a related note, his brother is a starting LB for UNI. I'll be heading to Lincoln to watch him our bye week.

He certainly fits the new Twins mold for pitchers. Pick righthanded college guys from non-powerhouse schools who you think you can get more velocity out. Only part that isnt a full match is he isnt a giant like Ober, Festa, and Matthews.

His best shot might be to make a little more noise on the farm and then get put into a trade package the twins put together

My son was in line to get his autograph and he had to go in for a team meeting and my son was devastated. Ty's mom made sure my son got his autograph when the team meeting was done. Really appreciated that.

I keep waiting for the Royals to turn back into a pumpkin but I think I need to give up on that. They are a good, fun team. Let's just hope, if we can't catch Cleveland, we make sure they have to go to Houston and not us.

If the Twins can’t catch Cleveland you’d rather play at NYY or Baltimore? I’m not sure there is a good option. The most important thing for the Twins IMO is to be healthy regardless of opponent.

Baltimore is down 6 starting pitchers.... Yankees catching a huge break in that front.

Of the three, give me Baltimore over Houston and New York.

Apple always has Friday night games, and the Twins have been on it a few times this year. I pay a lot for FUBO just to watch Twins games, and then there are these Apple games which I just listen to on the radio. That is the new norm for sports… Games on multiple platforms making it extremely expensive to watch every game.

I will say Apple does a nice job with their production. They interviewed Royce for a whole half inning while he was playing 3rd. It was pretty cool. Royce said he forgot his cup today. lol

We live in the country so we do internet tv, have been for along time. So we have been on Fubu or Hulu live. my wife is an Amazon Prime person so we get a few things there also. It is one of those you can pay me now or you can pay me later, but you are gonna pay, to watch.
