Lol, Tang. Nobody gets shat on for missing a shot or two. They get shat on for not living up their to monetary value. That applies to the NBA just as much as college now.
This statement should just be auto-entered into every post and reply in a Tang thread.

Do KSU fans like this guy?

Tang is the human form of insulting someone after saying "with all due respect."

Wild to see the persona Tang has developed since adversity hit.

- Accuses other teams and referees of nefarious conduct
- Whines to officials and gets T'd up regularly
- Calls out other teams' players in pressers
- Throws his own players and fans under the bus in pressers
- Hides behind his religion

If I'm a KSU fan I'm getting pretty fed up as the losing continues.

They worshipped him in the wake of that Elite 8 run. It seems like he's starting to wear on them now.

Ok, but if you can't differentiate between some CyFan poster saying "Rocco's getting $200,000" and Shams Charania, who again is a nationally recognized basketball reporter who has a long history or accurately reporting basketball related news, then I can't help you.

I have no doubt there is misinformation out there, but this just isn't that case. A guy like Shams doesn't report on it unless he's corroborated.
Even the Kansas City Star reported the “reported $2 million“ figure.

It was pretty crazy how every coach was a huge character back then. Billy Tubbs, Sit down Norm, Danny Nee, Johnny, Eddie Sutton. Just every coach had something that made us hate them or just love to push their buttons on the sidelines. Billy Tubbs was the ultimate "Does stuff to get on the fans nerves" type guy. He played into it the best.
It wasn't just the fans...

There are the amazing characters, and then there are idiots who are so bent out of shape at a loss that they are willing to assassinate the character of an opposing coach and staff to excuse it. **** that guy
I tend to agree. There are characters, and then there is Tang. He is not a name of endearment in my book.

Saw the clip from Hawkins post-game about the **** he sees out there like someone writing to him 'I hope you break your leg' etc.

I get these guys are paid but how does anyone have that low of maturity to write something like to any athlete, pro or not?

Is he though? His team has resolve, but their offensive gameplan was pretty suspect. It felt like year 1 TJ when the post would continually have the ball up top. He refused to adjust to anything else. Maybe they were just trying to lengthen possessions and run out the clock, but it was difficult to watch.
His offenses at NWMSU were unstoppable, you can tell he doesn't have all the pieces he needs yet. They put 80 on the other two power conference teams they've played.

Burners on Twitter are wild and know they can say whatever they want with zero consequences

Don't get me wrong, it doesn't excuse those type of things but Hawkins has been pretty active trolling fans of other programs on social media. He had at least one instance directed at ISU fans right before he signed with K State. If you're going to swim in those waters, you should understand what you're getting yourself into.
