    FWIW, Iowa didn’t offer him. Rumor is they felt it was going to come down to money or ISU. They also got 3 really good TE prospects last year. I’d be surprised if they didn’t take at least one this year though. They just might not feel he’s worth a bag.

    It all depends on what part of the state you live in if you’re an Iowa fan. I think most Iowa fans would without a doubt universally see ISU as their rival but it means less because they’re not a conference rival. But no one can agree on who the biggest conference rival is.     All of Clark’s NIL is independent, she opted out of the Swarm Collective. Condon said there wasn’t much NIL coming this time around for Proctor. Just wanted to come home and Iowa was the best fit from that perspective. Who knows.
