    Any Mediacom outages in N. Ankeny?

    Try powering down the modem, unscrewing the coax from modem, wait 30 seconds, put coax back and power the modem on. PITA, but I hobbled along for 3 weeks that way until they finally fixed my issue on the 3rd dispatch. Sometimes it would stay up for a good 2-3 hours before dropping again.
