    Actually the NCAA dicourages it, but doesn't outlaw it. Louisville Cardinal - U of L continues alcohol sales I did hear somewhere that the state of IA did ban alcohol at college events though.

    Landlord-Tenant issues

    If it's in the lease that they will cover trash, I'd look into a seven day notice of non-compliance. That law goes both ways. I've never had to actually do it, just threatened a couple of times and stuff actually got done.

    Yeah sips is under paddy's.....the only establishment I ever knew to be in the basement of Mickey's was mensky's (sp?) pizza. Then again it's been a while since I've gone in there.
